When Be Will My Order Processed?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of ordering. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-72 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes We ship WorldWide! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used in the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. It usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive in your country, however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email: email@example.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
